Will importing duplicate my inventory?
No. The import is match-or-create: products already linked are skipped, and watches matching by SKU are linked instead of duplicated. Re-running is safe.
Does my order history come over?
Yes — including watches you've already sold, reconstructed from the order line items so your sales history and margins are complete from day one.
What about my customers' privacy?
The connector implements Shopify's GDPR compliance webhooks — customer data requests and redactions are honored automatically. See our security page.
Do edits made in Shopify admin sync back?
Yes — product updates in Shopify flow back to the linked watch record via webhooks, with loop protection so your own pushes don't echo.
